‘Samajbandhu’ has two sections (a) Social, (b) Matrimonial
• a) Social Section: this Section contains Social News, Achievers, Business details etc. and no paid membership required.
• b) Matrimonial: Matrimonial Section contains matrimony details; it requires a paid membership fee.

In the terms of use, as stated below use of the words ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘Samajbandhu’ ‘Service’, ‘Application’ or ‘Mobile Application’ refers to www.Samajbandhu.com

That, you (the user) hereby confirm you intent to seek a life partner and that you shall not use this site for casual dating, commercial or non-commercial use. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If at any time “Samajbandhu” is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation, “Samajbandhu” reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and/or your right to use website without any refund (if any).

WHO CAN USE THIS WEBSITE

The use of Matrimonial part of website is only for marriage alliance between persons who are legally qualified to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject. If you wish to become, a member, promote/advertise your profile to other Members, and make use of the “Samajbandhu,” read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the registration process. To register as a member for Matrimonial of “Samajbandhu,” the candidate must be, from KALWAR, KALAR, KALAL castes, or its branches, and the male candidate must be of 18 years or over and for female candidate should be of 21 years or over.

Terms of Use:

The member or any users using the site agree to be bound by these Terms of Use of “Samajbandhu.”

In order to view the matrimonial profile you must register yourself with your mobile number, and other detail as required by Mini Registration Form. However to view the Name, contact details and complete address of the profile a Paid Membership is required. All the paid members will get a Login ID and Password within 48 hours of payment and after receiving the transaction details from the member.

This Agreement sets out the legally mandatory terms for your use of “Samajbandhu.” “Samajbandhu” may modify this Agreement from time to time. The membership and rights of admissions are reserved. Users must inform us in case they get married. After receiving information through registered mobile or e-mail their profile will be removed from the website.

Membership Termination

You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to “Samajbandhu”. In case you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to any refund or amount (if any paid by you). “Samajbandhu” may terminate your access to the site and/or your membership for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the email address as provided by you in your application for membership or such other email address or contact number as provided to “Samajbandhu”. If “Samajbandhu” terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement or any other reason, you will not be entitled to any refund or amount (if any paid by you).

Content Usage by Members

The Matrimonial section of “Samajbandhu” site is for the personal use of members to find relevant matches cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. This includes providing links to other web sites, whether deemed competitive to “Samajbandhu” or otherwise. Organizations, companies, and/or business entities cannot become members of the Matrimonial section of “Samajbandhu” and should not use the Matrimonial section of “Samajbandhu” unless allowed by the website admin to do so via a written statement or e-mail. This consent extends to emails, messages, or calls relating. Multiple profiles of the same person is not allowed on “Samajbandhu”. “Samajbandhu” reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of paid amount (if any). You confirm that the content, information including the personal information provided by you is legitimate and accurate.

All paid members are mandate to submit copy of your Driving License, Passport or any other Government issued Photo ID card with address. You cannot transmit any chain letters or junk email to other “Samajbandhu” Members. Although “Samajbandhu” cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the “Samajbandhu” site, it is also a breach of these rules to use any information gathered from other members in order to distress, abuse or harm another person or “Samajbandhu” members. You cannot take any screen shots, promote/transfer of the website or of any profile on website, and/or make any kind of commercial or un-commercial use.

Any such act or an attempt on your part shall constitute a breach of this agreement and your membership is liable to be terminated forthwith by “Samajbandhu” without refund of any of your paid amount, paid by you. “Samajbandhu” reserves right to take legal action (civil and/or criminal) wherever applicable for any violations. “Samajbandhu” members are expected to exercise simple precautions for their privacy and safety and not share your login ID and/or Password with anyone.

Proprietary rights

“Samajbandhu” owns and retains all proprietary rights in the “Samajbandhu” site. The site contains the copyright material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of “Samajbandhu.” Content Posted on the Site You understand and agree that “Samajbandhu” may delete any listing, content, communication, photos or profiles (collectively, & quot; content & quot;) that in the sole judgment of “Samajbandhu” violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either “Samajbandhu” and/or its members.

Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the “Samajbandhu” in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

Limitation on Liability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
